Many students appreciate real-time captions / live transcripts of what is discussed in class via Zoom. Some students have documented disabilities that require this type of accommodation, but it's also a great feature in general for any meeting participants who might like to have a second way to absorb lecture content. Zoom now allows all users to access this real-time transcription service for free, but the host of the meeting still needs to enable it before it will work.
