Are you getting this error message from Google when trying to login to MyTOCC or Canvas? Here is some of the text of the message: "403. That’s an error. Error: app_not_configured_for_user. Service is not configured for this user. Request Details: That’s all we know."
It usually means that the system is trying to log you into our school websites using your personal Gmail account instead of your TOCC Gmail account. The best way to overcome this is to first login to your TOCC Gmail account.

If you're on a computer web browser, once you're logged into your TOCC Gmail account, click on the "nine dots" for Google Apps at the top right of the window. From there, you'll find the Canvas and MyTOCC logos at the bottom of the list of Google Apps. Here is a screenshot to show you what to look for once you've signed into your TOCC Gmail account.
